Patient Information We receive your information to provide to your Anaesthetist. This information may include your name, date of birth, gender, health information, family history, contact details and any other information you choose to provide. This information may be stored on our computer system. We collect information over the internet if you transact with us online.
All patient information is received securely on our Australian based website and sent directly to the anaesthetist. The information is emailed directly and all data is immediately deleted from the system.
We will treat your personal information as strictly private and confidential. We will only use or disclose it to your selected Anaesthetist.
2. Website Use Information
Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilises a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and Web server logs to collect information about how our website is used.
